In this role, you will be working within the Information Technology group and oversee the development of technology solutions across a number of business themes. In this role, you will oversee software engineers and business analysts within a formal lifecycle project environment. Your major responsibilities would include: *working closely with a number of clients to develop technology solutions that best fit their needs. *Implement and enhance ongoing support that is required by the team for multiple production applications. *Provide hands-on direction and oversee team of developers and analysts (3-10 team members) to work through multiple enterprise projects while managing multiple priorities. To be successful in this role, you must possess: *7-10 yrs of financial services industry technology experience. *3-5 yrs of management experience. *Experience with industry standard applications such as: PORTIA, Macgregor, Eagle PACE or STARR, STAARS, or ADP. *Extensive application technology experience in financial services or asset management environments. *Solid formalized project lifecycle methodology experience. *Hands-on development skills in front-end and database programming skills- SQL, Sybase, Oracle.
