Applicants should be team players with a broad background in information technologies, experienced in daily systems administration tasks, and have excellent troubleshooting skills. An ideal candidate will have some part time experience working in a University call center supporting multiple platforms and users, with 1-2 years experience working in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: user support, back-up, installation and maintenance of systems, handling emergencies, troubleshooting problems, evaluating software and hardware, designing and implementing new systems, and supporting all peripheral systems associated with computing at the organization. Applicants are expected to participate in an on-call rotation, and participate in after-hours support when required.<p>

Experience: 1. Experience administering Windows environments (AD/NT).
