Sr. Analyst Incentive Compensation /Financial Analyst - 6 Month Contract
3-6 years of related Sales Incentive
Compensation, Finance, and/or Accounting experience. Must be proficient in Excel (creating and editing Macros, look-up tables, pivot tables, and complex formulas). Must have strong analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge of Censys and Cognos is a plus. The incumbent must interface with Sales/ Marketing groups and obtain a clear understanding of the goals and objectives of the organization as they pertain to incentive compensation. Incumbent must be a team player yet also have the ability to work autonomously. Confidentiality and discretion are of utmost importance in this department.
