In this role, you will: *Manage end-user client relationships on a day-to-day basis. *Respond to end-user requests for level 2 application support. *Manage relationships with software vendors. *Play a key role in the system upgrades and new system implementations. To be successful in this role, you must possess the following: *4-8 yrs of experience in a business systems analysis role, including a minimum of 2 recent yrs of experience in a healthcare-related environment. *Experience working with end-users and stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for modifications or enhancements to information systems. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Experience with any of the following systems would be a tremendous plus- MHS, CCMS, CRMS, Hyperion, Great Plains, Market Prominence, Saleslogix, MACCESS Claims, Case Management, Finance, Insurance, Enrollment, Sales and Marketing.
