Reconcilement Business Analyst will be working on a system conversion. Very large high profile project at Client. Reconcile data output from current system and compare to output of new system. UAT testing background helpful, but not required. Manual Testing. Must have the ability to follow the project plan, manage tasks with minimal direction, lead conference calls, and take ownership of issues to resolution. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to write procedures. Training experience, IT experience and/or banking experience is a plus. About 50% of this job is leading conference calls.
