Leading global investment bank is seeking a Junior Business Analyst with 4-6 yrs of steady, relevant industry experience to join their Analysis team for a long-term consultant assignment. In this position, you will assume various roles, including: *Facilities/Move Coordinator for IT - (Monitor Facilities move requests for accuracy, review of TSR details, manage large scale moves between floors and/or newly identified spaces, work with Data Quality Coordinators on move sheets, walk floors inspecting facility issues and report issues to Facilities help desk). *DESKs System Administrator - (Update Desks application, test DESKs enhancements and report bugs, perform space surveys periodically to ensure minimal discrepancies in DESKs data, monitor UAT, respond to Data Quality Coordinator's questions about the usage of DESKs application). To be successful in this role, you MUST possess: *Relevant experience with a financial services or portfolio asset management environment. *Project management experience, particularly with large relocations. *The ability to forecast shortage/surplus seats, maintain data accuracy, identify issues via physical walkthroughs, manage open/swing/hoteling seats, explain data variances. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
