Preparation and analysis of consulting accruals
Preparing monthly/quarterly reports for technology management
Analyzing cost allocations and understanding allocation methodologies
Assisting with co-ordination of the annual budget and reforecast process
Investigate and resolve financial questions from internal clients (direct expense, allocations)
Liaise with Technology Control on financial control issues
Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by Technology management
Manage monthly allocation feed process
Liaise with administrators as the Artemis Champion for Technology
Primary Artemis/RAPPS support contact for Technology
Experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting Two to four years relevant accounting/financial experience Experience working within a Technology Organization Core skills in financial control and reporting Familiarity with expense reporting, cost allocations and allocation methodologies Proficiency in Excel & Access, PC related applications and financial systems (Essbase preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills essential Team player Ability to work on own initiative, without supervision and demonstrate versatility and flexibility Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Attention to detail
