We are looking for an analyst to work on a team that supports Global Markets client systems, including several CRM systems Key responsibilities include: Participation in planning for on-boarding of global user base to new CRM Training new users on applications Participation in user acceptance testing Data remediation from legacy systems Development of reporting and analysis from CRM data Creation of training material Fielding queries from users of these systems Ensuring data integrity of client information; help develop processes to this end Working with technology development team to trouble-shoot systems issues and recommend improvements/enhancements Participating in special system-related projects for Sales management Candidate will have an undergraduate degree and five or more years of relevant experience in technology and/or finance Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Spreadsheet and database experience an advantage Strong customer service approach in order to build up the relationship and the confidence of business users at various levels.
