We have an immediate need for a Change Management Manager - 12 month contract

JOB DESCRIPTION
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (masters degree preferred) from an accredited college or university in Change Management, Marketing, Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, Special Education, Curriculum and Instructional Management, Technology or related field, and two or more years of change management or communications experience
Ability to communicate complex changes in organizational process to many staff, either in person or through remote communication strategies
Ability to define strategy and implement communication and change management activities for a large, urban school district within a key software implementation project
Ability to manage both client interaction and process
Ability to speak effectively in both group and individual situations
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and in turn, teach these concepts to others
Ability to produce written and electronic change management and communication related materials
Ability to manage budget, revenue and profitability
Good organizational skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Ability to identify district needs and translate them into potential sales opportunities
Ability to travel as needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Change Management Manager will report to the Implementation Lead and will collaborate with other staff and formulate communication outreach plans. This role is responsible for the following key tasks:

Lead and assist in facilitating the creation of a detailed and executable communications plan and organizational change management plans
Maintain all related content on the dedicated website
Develop organizational change management materials for end user distribution
Lead and assist the client in the coordination and implementation of the communications and organizational change management plans
Develop strategies targeting cultural change end users
Develop communication and organizational change management summary and evaluation reports.
Review, analyze and approve all changes to the communications and organizational change management plans with approval from Project Manager
Function as liaison with department managers as it pertains to communications and organizational change management
Develop and manage key messages and output materials to end users focused on the implementation
Training end users on the application when necessary
