One of SGA's major financial clients is seeking a Business / System Analyst for a contract role in New York. The IT organization will be kicking off a project to build out a capital planning/budgeting tool along with an MER (Major Expenditure Request) system/process to be used for requesting, approving and processing purchases. We are looking for bright, skilled individuals to come in and work with us on implementing these solutions. For this particular position we are looking for an experienced Business/System analyst with a strong design skill set to come in and serve as a lead designer on these implementions Skills Required:Project development lifecycle including: requirements, analysis and design, testing, user training, deployment planning and support model. Produce business requirements to be met. Face off to global, multiple business line organization. Synthesize user requirements, break them into logical phases and identify key dependencies requried for success (e.g. business processes and standards). Experience with different requirements gathering techniques critical. (e.g. gap analyses). Functional Design produce functional designs which meet the business requirements. May include documents with screen shots, sandbox prototyping etc. Effectively transition the functional designs to the technical team for the implementation.SKills Desired:Project Management Experience, Experience in large organizations, experience with financials, ability to build quick prototypes
