Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years experience with intensive CORE Java Programming. N-Tier development, front, server and middle tier is expected. Pluses include FLEX, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL/DB Schema. None of those are required but they will separate you from the back. You will be comfortable working both independently or in a team based environment. In addition, at least 2 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry is required.
