Purpose: Operates in the capacity of Subject Matter Expert (very important) in messaging technologies. Develops MS Exchange-based Enterprise Messaging architecture and standards. Works with project teams to understand the customer requirements for e-mail and operates in the capacity of subject matter expert to coach the projects into successful implementations. Understands the business requirements and develops an architecture and roadmap to deliver those requirements. Works with project programmes and partners to review and assess requirements and provide guidance and direction. Will be working on the email consolidation and upgrade project.

? Within the area of the Enterprise Messaging, to analyze, research, and evaluate alternative solutions and serve as a subject matter expert between the business and the IT organization.
? Ensures architecture supports the execution of critical business applications and develops high level continuance plans in the event of a lapse in the architectural infrastructure.
? Technology delivery or governance role which achieves planned objectives critical to the business. Understands current and future business, technology, strategy, customers and competitors.
? Is a recognized technical expert in messaging technologies
? Communicates technical ideas
? Works on the most complicated technical projects or business issues
? Scope will often be across multiple projects or a programme in the Messaging areas

? Helps define products and technical direction as well as customer requirements for technology and service
? Responsible to work with vendors to ensure the successful realization of projects

? Develops technical vision in the Enterprise Messaging space and communicates business impact of technology

Professional requirements:
? Strong technology background in the areas of MS Exchange, SMTP mail, Active Directory, and overall E-Mail systems and gateways
? Strong messaging experience with deployment of Exchange services backbone and implementation of Exchange 2007 in an Enterprise wide environment
? Ten years minimum experience in the areas of Exchange E-Mail required
? Able to demonstrate ability to managing and transition team through change
? Previous experience managing of leading and managing large projects
? Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
? Delivery up to Senior Management equivalent level
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? Strong relationship building skills
? Must have ability to work on their own and in a team environment
? Must be able to work with global teams and different regions
? Must be able to lead project using existing tools
Education: Bachelors degree
