We are currently looking for an Application Support Specialist to work in the Rochester, NY area.
You will be responsible for for the Production Support of TICKET, JETFORM, LPO and CHECKWRITER applications.
Responsiblities include working with users to resolve Production issues and debugging and documentation of applications. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations to improve Production environment. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 7 yrs of software development experience, prior experience with any of the applications to be supported or .NET platform is a plus.
