A well known financial organization is looking to bring on a Resource Analyst for their credit & equity technology division. The role of the Resource Analyst breaks into three categories: HIRING PROCESS: *maintain pipeline of resources joining and leaving the C&ET (credit & equity technology) group, *maintain resource information in the planning portal for resources. REPORTING: *assist in reconciliation process for staffing reports and the planning portal, *maintain offline resource reports to be used in reconciliation work, *provide support through ad hoc excel reports and provide monthly status report on hiring plan. Data Management: *reconcile resource information to corporate systems on a monthly basis and the management of data for various updates to the planning portal. Successful candidates will have the following experience to be considered: 3 to 4 years experience in a financial institution or PREFERABLY with a technology organization, the ability to communicate with technical professionals at all levels and with confidence, high proficiency with MS WORD EXCEL (pivot tables / formulas) and POWERPOINT (REQUIRED), ability to analyze and correlate data from multiple sources, the ability to self direct with a keen attention to detail, experienced with escalating projects to meet deadlines to drive completion and a basic understanding of technology as a whole.
