Job Description:To manage the Systems Operations Team globally, providing direction and support to the team to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operational management of the Firms back office systems (MS Back office suite of applications & services, iManage Document Management System, Citrix/Web based services etc.) and network infrastructure (data and voice).Management and support of the Firms systems management tools (HP OpenView, Microsoft Operations Manager)Provide direction and support for Systems Operations support staff worldwideMaintain and develop Standard Operational Procedures for all offices worldwideEstablish and develop a Network Operations Centre type function globally to support the systems and infrastructure of the Firm on a 24x7x365 basisDuties and Accountabilities:Report to and take direction from the Global Director, IT OperationsIntroduce Data warehouse jobs and routines into the operational environment, automating them with the use of scripts and services where applicable.To ensure that the anti-virus defense systems are properly maintained and regularly updated.Ensure that the IT Systems are designed to deliver the availability and capacity requirements needed by the business.Provide cost effective service improvements to reduce the frequency and duration of incidents impacting availability.

Qualifications:Demonstrate a broad knowledge of systems and network management tools and their evaluation and selection including Windows/Exchange 2003, HP OV, MOM, SMS, Scripting and SNMP management products.
