Our client is one of the worlds leading financial management and advisory companies looking for a consultant with AVAYA experience with VOIP and Legacy (S8700, S8xxx series), Trader Voice (IPC, BT). Cisco call manager with centralized call processing experince is a plus.
Requirements:
At least 7-8 years of experience in providing engineering solutions in the voice infrastructure space with understanding and work experience in data network environment. Providing solutions with design, detailed configuration as well with implementation support. Understanding capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security where necessary in a AVAYA/Cisco voice infrastructure. Have extensive experience with operating systems, network protocols, configurations, switches, and routers. Validate and test Architecture and Design solutions to produce detailed engineering specifications with recommended design and vendor technologies. These individuals have extensive experience with large-scale enterprise environments and the related HW/SW issues. Strong Knowledge in AVAYA (VOIP and Legacy -S87XX, G3R) and Cisco Call Manager (Centralized/Distributed), cisco routers/switches, Trader Voice experience preferred but not required. Call Center/Contact Center experience is preferred. Strong Knowledge in IP Systems, Data Networking and IP Services (DNS, Proxy). Work may involve interacting with clients and managing product vendors/suppliers. Must be able to design an entire system configuration including hardware, software and communications. Having EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION and DOCUMENTATION SKILLS is a must. Location: Hopewell - NJ is preferred, but New York City is also not a problem.
