BearingPoint is seeking a Sr Manager/Manager with Business Integration experience to join our Technology Integration Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Develops strong client relations and helps staff develop effective client relationships
- Maintains high personal and group chargeability
- Manages engagements or projects to consistently achieve and support specific revenue and profit targets
- Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development and review of staff
- Identifies new business opportunities and writes proposals
- Supports efforts to market and sell end-to-end solutions
-Lead the development of solutions design based on a services-oriented architecture
- Lead/create the development of conceptual, logical and physical architecture deliverables
- Facilitate client-facing architecture workshops to determine business/technical requirements
Requirements:
- 7+ years hands-on, technical experience developing and managing full life cycle applications in a distributed computing environment
- Experience in utilizing/implementing SOA-based solutions
-Experience in leading toolsets including BEA Integration Server, Blue Titan, Sun/SeeBeyond, Sonic ESB
- Knowledge of large enterprise shared-service models
- Full life cycle experience in project management
- Demonstrated experience and bias in implementing value/business-results based projects
- Excellent communication/facilitation skills
- Strong IT systems integration skill set
- Technology consulting services experience preferred
- BA/BS required
- MBA preferred
