Our Client, an established Wall Street based law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced Help Desk Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: ?2 years plus of law firm Help Desk experience required. MOUS certifications preferred. ?Advanced knowledge and ability to troubleshoot word processing applications including macros. Advanced knowledge of remote access applications. Proven computer hardware troubleshooting ability. ?Applications supported include: Office XP\2003, WordPerfect, Citrix, iManage, Interaction 5, DirectFax, Comparite, Softwise Innova Macro Suite, and Blackberry devices. ?Experience with these applications and technologies is a must: iManage, DeltaView, Interaction, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Blackberry handheld devices, TCP\IP, & Networked Printers. ?Effective communication skills with unskilled and highly-skilled PC users. Ability to make quick and clear decisions in accordance with BBS and client site policy. *Available for after hours on call support. *Salary to be based on experience. **MUST HAVE LAW FIRM HELP DESK EXPERIENCE**
