Position is responsible for the participation in the deployment of the Shared Services template to the client's operational units in North America. Each project will consist of one or more of the client's operating unit's Offices.Day to day interaction with agency staff, COE and Rollout, in execution of template configuration data gathering, data conversion, gap mitigation, training, testing and other project related activities.Maintenance of and reporting against deployment project plan to the Rollout ManagerManagement and escalation of system, people and process, gaps and issues as related to the rollout activities.Ensuring project standards and methodology are upheld Primary liaison with Local office in area of specializationActively participate in ongoing project process improvement activities.
Requirements:
This position requires 2-4 years of systems project experience within an SAP environment with at least 1 full project life cycle. Configuration knowledge is desirable although configuration activities will be limited, so high end super uses will be actively considered. There are two area of specialization, Finance (FI/CO, primary focus on Financials and special ledger) and Logistics (Sales and Distribution (primarily Sales), MM purchasing and invoice verification, Project systems).
