Experience: One to Three years of technical support experience Level 1 and 2. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products, XP and MS Outlook. Experience using Active Directory and account creation. Proven track recored of being reliable and punctual. Experience in setting up/troubleshooting wireless networks. Excellent PC Break/Fix skills. Troubleshooting HP/Lexmark Printer problems as well as printer management. Strong Communication (written and verba) and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate in a stressful environment.
