Pierce has an immediate opening with a large corporation in Pleasantville, New York.Position Description:Client is looking for a candidate to serve as a hands on Project Leader for the HR Information Technology department. This position works closely with local and remote clients and effectively implements HR-IT solutions. Major Responsibilities: Ability to lead projects through the full systems life cycle. Effectively communicate to our internal clients and managementSupport internal clients on Oracle ERP system.Must possess superior problem solving skills.Understanding issues surrounding a large ERP (i.e. Oracle ) implementation a plus.Knowledge of HR systems a plus.TECHNICAL SKILLS:Knowledge of SQL on Oracle or SQL ServerVisual Interdev and/or .
