Project Description: ThinkCentric, Inc., is currently looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager. The Sales/Business Development Manager (SBDM) is responsible for generating sales revenue at new prospects and at existing clients. It is expected that the sales revenue generated by the SBDM will come from any one of the solutions provided by ThinkCentric Projects, Staffing, Outsourcing, or through sales of products where we are a Value Added Reseller (VAR). The SBDM is responsible for developing relationships with buyers and key decision makers. Additionally, the SBDM is accountable to service his/her current client base to protect the current revenue streams and creating new revenue opportunities at both existing and new clients. SDM will have support provided (RFP's, Technical, etc.) by the core Solutions Team at ThinkCentric. This includes infrastructure architecture, security, project management and large scale delivery. Preferred domain experience in Brokerage / Banking Industry. Aggressive Compensation Plan to reward performance. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years Sales and Business Development experience in the IT/Consulting Services Industry. This experience needs to have been in IT Services (Projects / Solutions, Staff Augmentation). Possess thorough understanding of a proven Sales process (methods, procedures, and workflows) used in developing business with clients from an Information Technology perspective and have deep knowledge of the Recruiting functions that support it. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, business partners.. Capable of effectively presenting companys capabilities and value proposition to existing and prospective clients for the purpose of growing the revenue base and improving the companys profit margins. Proven and demonstrable prospecting skills for opening new accounts and penetrating new organizations within existing accounts. Deep and thorough understanding of large organization procurement/purchasing procedures. Capable of maintaining and improving relationships between the company and its consultants in the field through direct contact with them and by ensuring that they are appropriately supported by other organizations in the company. Capable of developing strategic initiatives designed to grow revenue and improve profit margins. Perform Franchise/Territory Planning, Account Planning, lead Strategy sessions, and develop targeted marketing campaigns for assigned franchise. Effective written and oral reporting skills to keep management and other stakeholders apprised of goals, objectives, expectations, actions, statuses, and results. Team player capable of working in a collaborative business environment. Able to travel to achieve sales revenue growth goals. Possess deep subject matter expertise in either the Financial / Banking / Brokerage and/or Pharmaceutical industries, a plus.
