Client has 100 users (40 MACs = 10 Powerbook laptops, 30 Desktops_60 PC/laptops) Retail store on location. Candidate will work 7-4. Candidate must be available to travel if necessary (less than 20%) and must be willing to carry a company cell phone or blackberry to be reachable for after hours support when necessary. Some after hours work will be required for problem resolution and support of maintenance schedules. Work environment is business casual.

Experience: Candidate should have both PC & MAC experience, but if candidate happens to have more PC than that also acceptable. Candidate must have experience working with windows technologies such as, Exchange 2000/2003, Active Directory, Office Suite, OS X, firewalls (experience with Illustrator, Adobe, Blackberry Enterprise Server a plus). Some experience working with Cisco and HP equipment. Preferably a candidate with a CCNA certification but must have basic Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc). Knowledge of Netscreen firewall/VPN a plus. Telephony experience is a plus, both traditional TDM (cross-connects) and VoIP would be an added plus.
