Sr. Programmer - Q/A, VB.NET in New York, NY

Responsible for quality assurance testing of end-user applications during their entire development lifecycle.

This lifecycle includes initial development and release as well as subsequent development and modification.

Duties include developing and executing automated test scripts based on project specifications to ensure delivery of high quality software.

Responsible for creation of automated test script, execution of test scripts, analysis and reporting on test results, and reporting and tracking of defect resolution using Rational software.

Experience:

Experience with VB.Net language.

Strong technical programming background.

Heavily involved with creating automation scripts using programming.

Experience with altering codes; creating new complex functions.
