Experience: We currently have ongoing opportunities for Desktop Support Analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and inventory of installed software and managing software licensing; working with hardware and software vendors for equipment delivery and installation; and analyzing and making recommendations for hardware and software standardization. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience installing and supporting PC and laptop hardware and software. A bachelor's degree in a computer related field and professional certifications such as Help Desk Institute's Customer Support Specialist (CSS), A+ certificate, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are preferred. *Must have strong communication skills **NO 3RD PARTIES** *Must be eligible to work in the US *Must be able to start with no more than a 2 week notice *Due to large response, candidates that do not meet the requirement may not be contacted regarding their submission* LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.
