Design, develop and test web applications for the Merchant Banking Division, utilizing C# and .Net technologies. Merchant Banking Division invests the firm's own capital, as well as capital raised from outside investors, in corporate and real estate assets worldwide. Our merchant banking funds leverage our long-standing relationships with companies, investors, entrepreneurs and financial intermediaries around the globe.Position Description: -Lead the Analysis and Design of projects using a modified version of the Rational Unified Process (RUP).-Coordinate the implementation of the application/project based on the business requirements making sure the solution follows the groups established best practices. -Fully test the solution, both unit testing of own code and team integration testing of the entire solution, prior to Alpha Test.
Requirements:
Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline.-4 to 7 years of development experience.-Expert knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Development.-Significant experience in C#/.NET.-Experience with Oracle or SQL-Server database.-Experience with RUP.-Experience with other programming languages, C++, Java is a plus.-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.-Demonstratable experience leading a technical project.-Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
