Role: Project Manager Primary Function: Coordination of Project Activities from Design through Construction, Fabrication and Facilitation of Issue Resolution to achieve stated project goals and objectives. Job Description: The individual will be primarily responsible for the coordination affecting internal matters for the period from conception through commissioning for at least one project arising from the capital program. These duties will include the following: 1. The Project Manager will oversee the design process to be performed by selected consultants for one or more projects while keeping the Program Project Manager and Area General Managers involved and informed throughout the design process. 2. The Project Manager will facilitate the selected General Contractors involvement with the Design Consultant to achieve a value engineered final product. 3. The Project Manager shall be responsible for tracking and reporting on project costs and for providing the Program Project Manager with projections of upcoming invoices to facilitate internal cash flow estimates. 4. The Project Manager shall be responsible for development of the project schedule, reporting on project progress and providing the Manager - Projects regular schedule updates. 5. The Project Manager shall be responsible for procurement activities: a. Preparation of RFPs. b. Coordination of Contract negotiations with Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers and/or bidding as appropriate. c. Review of invoices for accuracy. d.

Requirements:

2 years experience Bachelors Degree preferred
