Our client is a leader in the investment banking industry.Network Management System (NMS) Tools Specialist Summary Candidate will work with various platform teams and network team to improve enterprise toolsets for performance monitoring, alert monitoring, event correlation and suppression, ticket notification and escalation. Job Description:Candidate will have the following responsibilities- * Implement Client OpenView - Centric Enterprise Management (EMS) solutions through the installation, integration and configuration of EMS software products * Architect and recommend effective enhancements to EMS solutions and processes based on customer requirements. * Serve as Technical Lead on small and mid-sized EMS projects. * Present proposed EMS solutions to customers and articulate customer value/return-on-investment (ROI). * Instruct Network Operating Center (NOC) operators and Network/System Administrators on the operations of EMS products and solutions Experience:*Expert knowledge of Client OpenView product suite (NNM and OVO), CiscoWorks, NetIQ 5xx and Microsoft's MOM, Clarify, Sniffer, Lucent VitalNet, Scripting. *BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Current Client OpenView certifications. * Minimum five years experience in Enterprise Management, NOC operations, Network/System Administration or engineering. * Experience obtained in more than four different distributed environments with at least 100 network and systems devices. * Technical Lead for at least two Client OpenView Enterprise Management solution deployments (one of which managed at least 100 nodes and required the use of OVO for Windows).
