Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of client projects. Delivers the project within a pre-defined budget and timeframe, which meets client expectations. Works with Engagement Director and Technical Architect to develop project scope, approach and staffing. Responsible for client expectations management and scope control for the project. Reports project status and escalates project issues to Roundarch Engagement Director and client executives. Identifies, manages, and resolves project, vendor, client and resource issues. Experience: 6+ years of experience in professional services including project management, thread management, and delivery experience. Experience with portal and web solutions such as BroadVision, BEA, WebSphere, Documentum, Interwoven, and custom web-based J2EE architectures required. Proven ability to negotiate contract and change control procedures and manage overall profitability of a project. Must be willing to travel extensively.
