Must know Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange 2003, CISCO routers/switches, and CITRIX. Some telephony, particularly VOIP, knowledge would be an added plus. Must be able to proactively document and transfer knowledge to team members and operational staff. Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. Strong problem ownership and strong analytical skills. Candidate must be able to communicate with external and internal customers. Self-starter and innovative.
