Application/user support responsibilities include but are not limited to: liaison with user; user request collection, management, planning and fulfillment; application performance monitoring and tuning; production and test environment support for data investigations and finalizations; update/maintenance of security tables, lookup tables and application rules; support, management and maintenance of batch processes, interfaces and logs; management and support of archive information. Enhancement responsibilities include participating in and managing, as required, the full SDLC including, but not limited to: requirements gathering and analysis; planning, designing, building, testing, documenting and deploying enhancements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: progress and status reporting, portfolio updating, use of Company's project and requirements management tools.
