Web Java Developer in Rockland County, NY

Mid-level java developer wanted to help develop web applications and integration solutions for logistics industry. Work on a team to deliver customer driven solutions on a timely basis. Responsibilities include designing application components in consultation with team leader and consistent, on-schedule delivery. Solutions include browser based applications as well as ebXML, CIDX and custom XML solutions for customer integration. Document management solutions using PDF and image files will also be included. Developers will be accountable for security considerations which are expected throughout the development cycle. Skills will be tested during interview. Experience: ? 1-3 Years J2EE development experience ? Used Struts and Log4j, Ant in significant commercial application ? Recent experience using BEA WebLogic (Server, Integration, Workshop) ? JMS, EJB and JDBC/SQL expertise Additional Skills: ? Hand-on AS400 integration experience ? Developed for Windows Server 2003, including IIS 6.0 and Active Directory ? Familiarity with Unit testing techniques and Junit in particular. ? Oracle and/or SQL Server administration familiarity ? WebLogic Administration familiarity. ? Used ebXML or other XML based integration standard ? Experience with PDF generation and Image manipulation Education: 4 year college degree required, BS/CS preferred.
