Major Manufacturer located in Greene, NY has an opening for JD Edwards One World Business Analyst to work in the Syracuse, NY location.Responsible for the overall health of the integrated systems in the Syracuse facility. Works closely with user-base to identify areas of improvement in systems. Provides the IS/IT department with specifications required to meet changing business needs. Manages projects for large complex implementations which may span multiple sites. Provides gatekeeper role, ensuring enhancements have positive impact for all users. Communicates well across all functional user areas. Influences senior and executive level staff on sensitive or complex technical issues. Works in a team environment and demonstrates flexibility, adaptability and dependability. Prioritizes business needs when implementing system changes. Requirements:
Requires in-depth product knowledge and broad knowledge of advanced computer technology and systems design as typically would be obtained through a Bachelors Degree in a relevant curriculum. Seven (7) plus years of system experience where project management skills have been demonstrated. In depth knowledge of JD Edwards One World is required. Distribution experience would be a plus. Experience in the areas of sales order processing, purchasing, report writer, distribution, accounting, and inventory management is desirable.
