-Work with end users and developers to resolve workplace technology issues
-Work closely with the IT community on projects and related tasks
-Provide technical advice and mentoring to end users and developers
-Provide high level customer service to business critical environments including front and back office trading teams
-Install, configure and deploy desktops, laptops and PDA's
-Integrate and package new desktop applications
Support departmental thin client solutions based on Citrix
-Active Directory and application level security administration
-Interact with cross divisional teams on collaborative projects and support initiatives
-Write comprehensive documentation
Experience: -Require 5+ years experience supporting Microsoft desktop and server platform in an enterprise environment -Expertise with Office, desktop developer tools, and common productivity apps such as Visio, Project, Acrobat etc. -Thorough knowledge of XP build and Marimba deployment process -Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy -Working knowledge of Exchange e-mail, TCP/IP networking and DNS -Programming or scripting skills -Understanding of Windows Installer technology and packaging -Excellent analytical and problems solving skills -Good verbal and written skills -Must be willing to participate as a team member to help resolve issues or complete projects To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
