analytics, and the administration of the e-Procurement, P-Card and travel programs.Responsibilities: ? Provide support for departmental reporting needs, including
running existing reports (including mainframe) and designing new ones ? Perform
data analyses using Excel and Access ? Monitor and analyze activity and spend data
? Provide internal customer support for the Ariba Buyer system users ? Coordinate
the design, testing and implementation of e-procurement system enhancements ? Provide
back up support as required for system administration, P-Card and travel program
support functions Required skills: ? Experience with designing and implementing
reporting solutions ? Ability to extract data from mainframe, Oracle, and SQL databases
? Knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal, Business Objects, Cognos ? Excellent
MS Office skills, including Excel and Access ? A demonstrated ability to perform
data analyses using large datasets, database development, maintenance, manipulation
and reporting ? Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities ? Strong
organizational, communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to manage multiple
activities ? Functional knowledge of the procurement process would be a plus, but
not required. ? Solid hands-on knowledge of Ariba Buyer is also a plus ? Must be
a self-starter and able to work equally well in teams ? A Bachelors Degree in Finance,
Business, Economics, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field.
