Our Westchester based client is looking for a Manual QA/Help Desk candidate to join their growing team.
The correct candidate will have the ability to work with clients via email, troubleshoot application issues and either resolve them or escalate them, work in a team environment and possess the drive and ability to learn to go on to the next level in the company.
