<b><u>Network Engineering Opportunity</u></b><br>
A Network Engineer is needed to join a team of engineers to assist in project implementations and designs. The ideal engineer will have extensive experience working with Cisco routers/switches. This position requires a senior level candidate that has worked as a Network Engineer for 5+ years, primarily with Cisco products, experience with Checkpoint products is also a huge plus. The Network Engineer will be working directly with the IT Manager and several other Network and Systems Engineers. This is a long term consulting project with the definite possibility for a permanent position. The Network Engineer will assist in new product implementation, existing product support and configuration as well as providing professional input on a multitude of projects. This is a Network Engineering / Management role, the ideal candidate will have experience and should be comfortable in both. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: <b>Technical Requirements </b>
- Experience with Cisco routers/switches (3700, 3750, 4500 etc.)<br>
- Hands on experience with PIX firewall configuration. <br>
- Experience with HP switches. <br>
- CCNE; CCNA; CCNP; MCSE certifications a huge plus. <br>
- LAN, WAN, and VPN support, configurations and troubleshooting. <br>
- Great communication and documentation skills.
