Basic Function:
As part of the Lending Services Department, this position provides reporting and technical support to the Commercial Lending Services area through the generation of reports and basic maintenance and uploads into customized databases.
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains regularly scheduled, as well as ad hoc, management reporting, using various reporting tools such as SAS, Excel, Access, Monarch and Visual Basic.
Maintain assigned databases, including, but not limited to, downloading, routine programming and conversion of software programs as required.
Maintains assigned governmental reports, ensuring accuracy of data as well as compliance with rules and regulations.
Maintains several administrative tables required for accurate and efficient reporting.
Provides reporting expertise to departmental projects as required. Organizes, filters and sorts data to be used for analysis during projects. Develops plans, specifications and test plans for various projects throughout the department.
Learns and undertstands users needs, and makes recommendations to improve processes and database reporting by exploring needs and creating efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of one to three years related reporting and database experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel
Proven customer service experience
Proven organizational and time management skills
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a related technical field
SAS and/or Visual Basic experience.
