Troubleshoot and support our development initiatives, 24x7.
Monitor and maintain the Internet applications to ensure optimal performance.
Identify, and be able to support, new technologies to provide/enhance solutions for our client's web initiatives.

Experience: 3 + years of professional JAVA programming experience (non-academic) using various web technologies plus two years database experience required. The experience must be in Public Facing Website development.
Must be proficient in Java/JavaScript, XML, STRUTS Framework, JBOSS, Tomcat, Hibernate, SQL server or relational database theory.
Strong knowledge of UNIX, Apache, Linux and Content Management Systems is required.
Excellent analytical skills, including ability to interpret and evaluate customer requirements and implement a technical solution to resolve their needs.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills as well as highly developed interpersonal skills for interaction with internal team, clients and remote contacts.
Experience working with a remote team is a plus
