Experience: Creation and update of monthly Availability Reports, Helpdesk tickets and Root Cause reports using Cyrstal Reports and MS Excel. This includes:
* Develop weekly and monthly CTO/CIO reports from Help Desk Tool and SQL database sources using Crystal Reports v.10.
* Use formatting, cross tab queries, table linking, and VB/CR formula syntax editors to create reports in Crystal.
* Work with systems owners and business users to correct any discrepancies in monthly availability reports.
* Update existing reports as needed with new data or new requirements.
Skills required:
* IT systems background
* Advanced Excel skills (VLookups, HLookups, Macro building, Pivot Tables, advanced filtering)
* Advanced Crystal Reports v.11 skills Visual Basic or Crystal Syntax for data selection formula building CR Charting
* Familiarity with SQL databases SQL Stored Procedures knowledge helpful
* Project Management knowledge
* Ability to work independently, with little supervision Ability to multitask
* Deliver many responsibilities at once
* Able to meet deadlines
* Highly organized
* Good people skills
