Responsibilities
Develop trade processing, P&L calculation and other workflow related applications
Develop trade, position and cash reconciliation automation on the FMC Recon platform through working with internal business users and external prime brokers to resolve workflow related issues
Assist in managing the entire software lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment and documentation
Work closely with business users and other IT staffs to test and roll out the reconciliation tools
Support and maintain existing systems and work on special projects as needed

Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 2+ years of development experience on web-based applications
Strong Object-Oriented design and programming skills in J2EE
Skilled and experienced in the use of various applications, e.g. J2EE, Crystal report server, HTML, Perl, XML, Oracle 10g and SQL Server
Operating System experience with Windows XP, 2000/2003 and Linux
Working knowledge of Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture
Experience in Java programming
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Highly logical, self motivated and keen attention to detail
Ability to work well independently or as a member of a team
