Basic Function:
As part of M&T's Quality Assurance Test Group, the Senior Analyst QA Tools System Administrator would be responsible for installation and ongoing health of departmental systems and tools including support and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of all departmental tools and systems including all aspects of support and maintenance
Perform other Quality Assurance Test duties as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above or 5+ years in a related technical environment
Workstation and Server Administration experience
Excellent troubleshooting
Application installation and administration
Application testing
Administration of the System and Tools
Ideal Qualifications:
Able to perform basic database queries and database connectivity, SQL and/or Oracle a plus
5+ years of MS System Administration experience - Experience in SQL, Oracle, AIX, Windows 2000/2003 and XP technologies
Experienced in workstation and server installs and software implementations
Proficient in office tools such as Word & Excel
Understands Application, Hardware and Telecommunications interactions
Able to perform application systems and performance related testing, automated scripting tools a plus.
