A large publishing company in Manhattan seeks a candidate to work a long-term contract (at least 6 months) as an Inventory Analyst in an IT desktop support environment. The successful candidate will be in charge of opening computers as they arrive, making sure everything works, adding software as needed, repacking the computers, getting them to where they need to be, and keeping track of all inventory. As this is in a helpdesk/desktop support environment, when other techs are busy, you may need to step in and work tickets as needed.
Experience: *1-2 years in a helpdesk or desktop support environment
*Inventory experience
*A+ Certification is a huge plus
*Hardware and software experience
