Experience: As an ideal candidate for this role, you must have a two-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. One or more years of technical support experience involving direct client contact is needed. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Exchange/Outlook servers and mail clients. Experience with Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Printer Support and some light Windows 2000/2003 support. Networking experience on an entry level System Administrator level.
In addition, the candidate must have excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal, presentation and customer service skills. The candidate must be well organized and able to multi-task, achievement oriented, proactive and a team player.
