Provide field and HQ support for SAP users Identify, log and resolve functional issues Communicate and escalate opportunities for improvements in processes Monitor user compliance to national contracts Maintain agree-to service levels related to phone coverage, issue resolution andescalation Approve / deny vendor requests based on guidelines defined by GP Ensure accuracy of requisitions submitted from various locations throughout Learn SAP functionality to ensure a high level of customer support and issue resolution
Ensure that orders are routed to the appropriate suppliers based on national GP
contracts Convert requisitions into Purchase Orders Manage change orders and order cancellations Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred Procurement experience preferred Ability to consider and discuss alternatives to current systems and business processes
such as including new methods or eliminating current processes. Ability to understand and consider cross-functional and solutions. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to respect the opinions and ideas of others, but also willing to take
a position for the right decision, even if the position is unpopular. Willing to share information among all team members and user groups. Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Self-motivated and independent
